Allied Group Delivers 400-Unit St. Pete Rental Community
Skanska has completed building a new 400-unit mixed-use community in St. Petersburg. The multifamily-led project will consist of an 8-story pre-cast building overlooking Boca Ceiga Bay. It will take the place of the onetime powerhouse Skyway Marina Mall.
The project also includes a 95,000-square-foot self-storage facility, a 2,400-square-foot Fifth Third Bank, and a 4,500-square-foot restaurant.
The $111 million venture, which broke ground in 2022, was developed by Allied Group Holdings, which acquired the property that same year and soon after hired Skanska to build the project.
Located at 4341 34th St. S, the Marina Club Apartments were designed by Architectonics Studio and feature studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 500 to 1,200 square feet. Amenities include a sky lounge with bay views, a pool deck with grilling stations, a fitness center and yoga room, clubhouse, co-working spaces, bocce ball court, dog park, and a 290,000-square-foot parking garage.
