Alliant Insurance Takes Two Floors at 101 Park

Alliant Insurance Services has signed a lease for 48,500 square feet at H.J. Kalikow & Co.’s 101 Park Ave. The lease on two floors of the 49-story office tower is for 11 years.

Colliers International’s Joseph Cabrera and David Glassman represented Newport Beach, CA-based Alliant Insurance. Cushman & Wakefield’s John Cefaly and Nicholas Dysenchuk represented the landlord in the transaction.

“101 Park Ave. provides a prestigious business address in an unparalleled location,” said Peter S. Kalikow, president of H.J. Kalikow.  “Alliant Insurance Services will benefit from the building’s proximity to public transportation at Grand Central Terminal, as well as the services at the trophy property.”

Located one block from Grand Central, 101 Park is accessible by Metro-North trains as well as the S, 7, 4, 5 and 6 subway lines.
