Alliance’s Holden of Pearl Advances in Portland

Alliance Realty Partners submitted a building permit to develop Holden of Pearl, a 16-story senior living community in Portland. The project will include 218 independent and assisted- living units for seniors, as well as a memory care facility.

The nearly 300,000-square-foot community will be built atop a three-story podium with a courtyard and 131 spaces of below-grade parking. The vacant site at the north end of the Pearl formerly housed Hoyt Street Railway yards

The main building lobby and two commercial spaces front a raised loading dock on NW 13th Ave., while drop-offs will be done via an internal vehicle turnaround. Memory care units will be located on ground floor along with an enclosed memory care courtyard.

The podium’s second and third levels will house assisted living units, and a landscaped roof terrace will be on level 4 surrounded by dining rooms and amenity areas. Independent living units and amenity spaces will be located on levels 5 to 16.
