Alliance Residential to Develop 314-Unit MF Community in Atlanta’s Upper Westside

Multifamily developer Alliance Residential has acquired a 12-acre land parcel in Atlanta’s Upper Westside neighborhood and plans to develop Broadstone Upper Westside, a 314-unit multifamily community.

Designed by architect Dynamik Design, the community will consist of 314 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments units. Units will feature custom shaker-style cabinetry, decorative tile backsplashes, accent wood-shelving, high-end plumbing fixtures and furniture-style vanity cabinetry. Additionally, select units will also have uninterrupted skyline views of Midtown, Downtown and Buckhead. Amenities will include lounge areas, a recording library, private work stations, a modern fitness center and a resort-style saltwater pool.

Construction on the community will begin this year and is slated to be completed in Fall of 2021.
