Multifamily developer Alliance Residential has acquired a five-acre land parcel in Atlanta’s Summerhill neighborhood for the development of Broadstone Summerhill, a 276-unit multifamily community. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located adjacent to the Georgia State University and Carter master-planned Summerhill development, the community is slated to be open for residents in 2021. Broadstone Summerhill will consist of three, five-story buildings with a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments averaging 729 square feet. Amenities include a resort-style pool, clubroom, fitness center and a top-floor sky lounge with views of the downtown and midtown skylines.
