Alliance Residential to Build 343-Unit MF Project in Nashville

Alliance Residential Co. has announced plans to develop Broadstone Nations, a planned 343-unit multifamily community in Nashville’s The Nations neighborhood.

Located at 4731 Centennial Blvd., The five-story property will consist of studio, one and two-bedroom units averaging 809 square feet. Amenities will include a fitness center, meditation room, yoga room and a saltwater pool.

Construction on the six-acre site is expected to begin later this year, with the first units slated to open in 2022.
