Alliance Residential Opens Broadstone Junction MF Community in Norcross

Multifamily developer Alliance Residential has opened Broadstone Junction, a 290-unit adaptive reuse multifamily community in Norcross.

The property, which was redeveloped from a suburban office park into a luxury apartment community, consists of 90 loft-style and 200 flat-style apartment units. The center of the property features a large community park, which is open to the public. Located at 500 Thrasher St. NW, the 12-acre property was previously the headquarters for national packaging company WestRock.

Amenities at Broadstone Junction include a resort-style saltwater pool, outdoor fire tables and grilling stations as well as a pet park, private mezzanine library and a dedicated fitness building. The community is two blocks south of downtown historic Norcross.
