Alliance Residential Company Acquires 50 Acres in Cartersville for Prose Community
Alliance Residential Company has closed on 50 acres of land located at 100 Overlook Parkway in the Atlanta submarket of Cartersville, GA for the development of a 336-unit apartment community, Prose Cartersville.
Prose Cartersville will have one- and two-bedroom units, pool, clubhouse with catering kitchen, fitness center, co-working spaces, pet park and package concierge system.
Alliance recently introduced its first two Prose-branded developments in the Atlanta area and has several in plans for development. Prose Concord welcomed its first residents in early 2022, and Prose Fairview will soon begin pre-leasing.
Alliance focuses on providing attainable apartment homes near-high growth employment corridors. Cartersville is home to employers such as Shaw Industries Group, Toyo Tires and Anheuser-Busch. The city is is slated to add thousands of new jobs and more than $500 million in new capital investment in the next few years.
