Alliance Launches Industrial Platform Led by Cyrus Bahrami

Alliance Residential Company recently launched Alliance Industrial Company, a new platform focused on essential warehouse logistics and distribution space development. Alliance Industrial Company’s national operations are led by president and CEO Cyrus Bahrami, also a senior partner in Alliance’s residential platform, who plans to leverage his company’s national infrastructure, relationships and track record in the capital markets to create the industrial platform using a model similar to Alliance Residential.
