Alliance Industrial is partnering with Barings on the Ironhead Commerce Center at the intersection of Harmonson Road and McPherson Drive in Northlake. The four-building facility’s construction costs will be about $56 million. Seeberger Architecture provided design services.

Ironhead covers 906,271 square feet on 57.3 acres and is designed to accommodate tenants with a range of 40,000 to 320,000 square feet.

It is near Alliance Airport, BNSF Intermodal, and major logistics hubs such as Amazon, FedEx, and UPS. Additionally, Ironhead is surrounded by Tanger Outlets, Buc-ee’s, Texas Motor Speedway, and dining and retail options. The site is less than 3 miles from Interstate 35W and Texas State Highway 114. Hillwood’s 27,000-acre master-planned campus, AllianceTexas, is about ten miles away.
