
Allen’s Tallest Building Picked by Co-Buyers
A joint venture between Hall Capital and Pillar Commercial has purchased the eight-story One Bethany West building, the tallest building in the Dallas suburb of Allen. BancFirst provided a $41.6 million acquisition loan. Built in 2020 by Kaizen Development Partners, the 200,000-sf office is on Bethany Dr. Tenants include Pushpay, MD7 LLC, Micron Technologies, and Highland Residential. JLL brokered the sale.
One Bethany West is the third office building in the One Bethany at Watters Creek development, which consists of two completed buildings totaling 300,000 square feet and the capacity for an additional 600,000 square feet of new development. BOKA Powell designed the eight-story property,
