Allen Harrison Co. shook hands with Mosaic Residential Inc., and ended up with ownership rights to Parq on the Boulevard, a 208-unit apartment complex on San Antonio’s far north side. The transaction is the Houston buyer’s third in the Alamo City. A sales price was not disclosed. The seller had acquired the property at 5655 UTSA Blvd. for $19.6 million in 2015.

The property, which delivered in 2000, is situated on 11.3 acres, and offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units. On-site amenities include a resort-style pool with tanning deck, fitness center, on-site pet park with agility stations, package receiving, executive business center and outdoor fireplace with seating.
