The 35-story, $290 million Residences at the Allen tower at 1711 Allen Parkway will include 170 hotel units and 99 luxury condo units. The Thompson Hotel will take up the first 15 floors of the building. The remaining floors will be dedicated to the condo units, which will be available to residents next month. DC Partners is developing the project along with GT Leach Constructors as the general contractor.

The Houston Business Journal reports the building’s units are already 80% sold, and only four of the 22 penthouses remain available.

Residents will have access to the hotel’s 24-hour valet service, room service, a spa and a pool deck with cabanas and restaurants. A “helistop” will also be available to hotel guests and residents, allowing for future drone deliveries and transportation.
