An eight-story hotel has been proposed for the industrial section near Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Despite the industrial designation, Clark County adopted the Stadium District Plan back in 2021 in an effort to lure restaurants and other retail businesses. The $2 billion stadium is home to the Las Vegas Raiders. The hotel would be less than a mile from the stadium.

The Clark County Zoning Commission will consider the hotel proposal on the southwest corner of Quail Avenue and Valley View Boulevard.

The 8-story hotel would feature about 220 suites and include a ballroom/banquet hall, spa and nail salon, sushi bar, outdoor swimming pool, outdoor event area for live entertainment and more.

There are half a dozen budget hotels just south of the stadium, and The Luxor and Excalibur are just east of the stadium on the Las Vegas Strip.
