Aliso Viejo Office Asset Matches Seabreeze Expansion Plans
Irvine, CA-based Kelemen Caamaño Investments sold 26840 Aliso Viejo Pkwy., a two-story, creative office building in Aliso Viejo, CA for $11.8 million to Seabreeze Management Company Inc. The transaction equates to $347 per square-foot.
The 33,915-square-foot office building, which was 30% occupied, recently underwent $1 million in exterior and interior renovations. The asset fits Seabreeze’s expansion plans, as well as search for an owner-user facility.
The buyer plans to occupy the remaining vacant space, totaling nearly 24,000 square feet. Built in 2000, the building is a part of the Town Center Corporate Park.
Hughes Marino’s Brett Lessman and Will Tober represented the buyer. Wind Water Realty’s Rob Rader represented the seller.
