Aline Capital Facilitates $3M Off-Market Office Deal in Columbia

Aline Capital has completed the $2.5-million sale of a 52,668-square-foot office building in Columbia, SC. The Middleburg Plaza Office Building was an off-market acqusition.

According to Aline Capital senior advisor Cheyenne Miranda, Aline secured both the buyer, RealtyLink, and the seller in the deal.
