Clay Driggers has joined Aline Capital in Greenville, SC as senior director of the company’s new development services division.

Aline Capital Brings in Clay Driggers to Steer New Development Services Division

Greenville, SC-based commercial real estate and capital markets advisory firm Aline Capital has hired Clay Driggers as senior director of development services to guide the firm’s newly launched development services division. The new division will focus on providing advisory and development services to real estate investors and developers.

Driggers joins Aline Capital from Hartness Development, where he oversaw the development of a 450-acre mixed-use community that later received the Best Community Award from the Home Builders Association of South Carolina. Driggers also has held positions as project manager for RealtyLink and development manager for Claremont Development.

Driggers holds credentials in development as well as civil engineering and commercial real estate brokerage. He also serves as a board member of the National Town Builders Association and maintains long-standing memberships in industry associations including Congress for New Urbanism and Urban Land Institute.
