Aligned Data Centers announced its expansion in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro Area with a new data center campus in Mansfield, TX. DFW-03 will be situated on a 27-acre site. Initial capacity is anticipated to be available as early as Q4’25. The site, located at 3801 Britton Road in Tarrant County, is set to span 429,600 square feet.

Aligned’s DFW-03 will leverage its adaptive modular infrastructure, accelerating deployments through component prefabrication and on-site delivery of critical equipment. The data center also features Aligned’s air and liquid cooling technologies that can accommodate densities upwards of 350 kW per rack.

The company also announced that it has also filed for a third building at its existing campus in Plano. Aligned currently operates campuses in Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix, Salt Lake City and Northern Virginia.

The company counts Macquarie Asset Management, CenterSquare, Mubadala, and Patrizia among its investors.
