Alexandria Industrial Campus Trades for $46M

PS Business Parks Inc. has acquired Pickett Industrial Park, a three-building, 246,000-square-foot industrial campus in Alexandria, VA. The sales price was reported as $46.3 million.

Located at 841 S. Pickett St., the campus features 7,000 to 75,000-square-foot spaces, which at the time of sale were fully leased to six tenants. The industrial park is located nine miles southwest of Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

The seller was not disclosed.
