Alere Secures Tenant for Newly Built Industrial Warehouse

Newport Beach-based Alere Property Group LLC signed a 118,664-square-foot industrial lease at Telegraph Business Center in Pico Rivera. Built in 2019, the property is located at 7875 Telegraph Rd.

Alere Property Group’s Michael V. Del Santo says, “The tenant had multiple smaller facilities located throughout Southern California. Our project was centrally located to most of them, and the Class A features, and large yard, were a big draw for them.”

The facility has 36-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler system, 21 dock high positions, a secured yard, two drive-in bays and ample parking. The building is situated less than a mile from the 5 Freeway and near major airports, the commuter rail and the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles.

Mohr Partners’ Steve Perkins and Sean O’Donnell represented the unnamed tenant. NKF’s John McMillan, Jeff Sanita, Danny Williams and Greg Stumm represented the landlord.
