Alene Candles Inks 208K-SF Industrial Lease in New Hampshire

Alene Candles has signed a 208,000-square-foot industrial lease at One Bon Terrain Drive in Amherst, N.H.

The tenant plans to utilize the facility as a warehouse and distribution center to accommodate their expansion. Alene has facilities in Milford, N.H. and New Albany, OH., with a showroom and business development center in New York City.

Mark Prolman of Prolman Realty Inc. represented Alene in the transaction. The landlord is EIP One Bon Terrain LLC.
