Aldi, Lot Less Sign New Leases at Bruckner Commons in The Bronx 

Urban Edge Properties has signed a new lease close to 60,000 square feet at Bruckner Commons in The Bronx, New York, bringing retailers, restaurants, and other tenants to open in the next 12 months. 

The roster of new tenants includes grocery stores Aldi, discounted merchandise shop Lot Less, food chain brand Buffalo Wild Wings Go, beauty supplies shop Saloncentric and JAG-ONE, a physical and occupational therapy chain. Bruckner Commons’ current retailers include Target, ShopRite, Marshalls, Burlington, and Five Below.  

Urban Edge was represented by Christopher Walther of Ripco Real Estate for the leases. Buffalo Wild Wings worked with William Cafero of Charter Realty and Development, Saloncentric was represented by Kevin Higgins of Oxford Street Retail Advisors & Michael Peguero of Katz & Associates, and JAG-ONE was represented by William Grover of Newmark.
