Alchemy Comes to 800 Third Ave.

Real estate investment and development companies Alchemy Properties and Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners will move to 9,575 square feet of office space at 800 Third Ave. in Midtown Manhattan.

“The move will give us much-needed space to grow in a brand new office, premier building and convenient location,” said Kenneth S. Horn, president of Alchemy Properties and founder and partner of Alchemy-ABR, which are relocating from their old 6,700-square-foot headquarters at 641 Lexington Ave.

Savills Studley represented Alchemy in the transaction. Joseph P. Day Realty Corporation advised the landlord, 800 Third Avenue Associates.
