Albion Residential, Clayco Reach Milestone for St. Louis Apartment Project

Albion Residential and Clayco announced that Albion West End reached its topping-out milestone.

This marks the completion of the building’s structural frame, which is a significant step toward delivering the 30-story luxury residential tower to St. Louis’ Central West End on schedule, with first residents expected to be welcomed in spring and full completion of the tower in the summer of 2027.

Located at 4974 Lindell Boulevard, Albion West End has begun to transform the St. Louis skyline by serving as a gateway to the Central West End. The development is being delivered by a best-in-class team that, in addition to Albion and Clayco, also includes developer Koplar Properties, design firm LJC, façade partner Ventana, and Concrete Strategies.

When complete, Albion West End will feature 305 luxury residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes, along with ground-floor retail. Residents will enjoy a resort-style pool deck, rooftop terrace with panoramic city views, and hospitality-inspired amenity spaces designed to foster connection and well-being.
