Chicago-based Albion Residential, along with partners Koplar Properties and Theis Group, announced the groundbreaking of Magnolia Ridge in Des Peres, Missouri.

Magnolia Ridge is a five-story, 182-unit community located at 13431 Manchester Road. The construction of the tower is being led by Brinkmann Constructors, and construction financing was provided by Old National Bank. Project completion of Magnolia Ridge is scheduled to be completed Spring 2027.

“We’re believers in the long-term potential of the St. Louis area and when the opportunity to close on this project and break ground almost immediately presented itself, we did not hesitate,” says Andrew Yule, Albion Residential Executive Vice President of Development and Construction. This marks another major investment in St. Louis for Albion, which recently broke ground on Albion West End, a 30-story residential tower. “Magnolia Ridge will be a tremendous residential option in a great area of the city, and along with our Albion West End project, we’re proud to double down on our investment in St. Louis.”
