Albertsons, Cinemark to Anchor New East El Paso Centers

Two national chains will be anchoring different shopping centers, being built by the same developer, on El Paso, TX’s east side. Albertsons is planning to occupy 63,000 square feet in The Market at Pebble Hills shopping center, located at Zaragoza Road and Pebble Hills Boulevard. And, Cinemark is planning to build a Cinemark Movie Bistro, which will anchor the 252,000-square-foot Eastlake Marketplace at Interstate 10 and Eastlake Boulevard.

Both centers are being developed by River Oaks Properties.

The Albertsons store is scheduled to open by January 2021 in the center, which will include 15,000 square feet of adjacent retail space. Meanwhile, construction just began on Eastlake Marketplace; the Cinemark Movie Bistro is expected to open in late 2020.
