Albany Road Real Estate Partners Pays $21M for Class A Industrial Asset in Plaistow

Boston, MA-based Albany Road Real Estate Partners has acquired 144 Main Street, a 177,170-square-foot industrial building in Plaistow, NH for $20.8 million on behalf of Albany Road Real Estate Fund III, LLC.

James Stubblebine, David Stubblebine and Ellen Garthoff of The Stubblebine Company represented the seller, Metcon Realty LLC, and procured the buyer.

144 Main Street sits on 36 acres with proximity to the MA border, Route 495 and Route 125. This facility offers heavy power, 40’ clear height, and multiple cranes. The Class A asset is fully leased to multiple industrial companies.
