Albany Retail Center Building Changes Hands for $6M

Perseverance, LLC has purchased a 20,000-square-foot retail building, part of the Heritage Mall in downtown Albany, OR. The $6 million transaction was brokered by Todd VanDomelen with Portland, OR-based Norris & Stevens who represented Perseverance. Kevin Adalto and Lance Suster with CPX represented the seller.

Constructed in 1989 and located at 1811 14th Ave. SE, the single story facility offers tenants frontage on SE Geary St., and includes 118 parking spaces. The Heritage Mall is situated in the middle of Albany’s retail hub. Located near I-5 and Highway 20, it is surrounded by many restaurants, the city library and state offices.

Albany is about 45 miles north of Eugene, OR and 70 miles South of Portland in the Willamette Valley, and is the county seat of Linn County. It’s also just 11 miles east of Corvallis, OR and Oregon State University.
