Alamo Manhattan Planning 31-Story Dallas Apartment Tower

Developers at Alamo Manhattan are planning their sixth and likely largest Dallas-area project. And they need to knock down their offices to do it. Alamo Manhattan is looking to build a 31-story building with 318 apartments. 5% will be micro units and 5% will classified as affordable. The company has brought in Andres Construction Services to build the project that is slated to break ground this spring. The building, to be called the Fairmount Tower, is expected to take about 27 months to complete.

Alamo Manhattan’s Matt Segrest says the project will fit well with another nearby project, “We developed the Marriott across the street, which has been a huge hit for the neighborhood, particularly the pedestrian experience. We’re going to have a restaurant and retail component.”

A large resident lounge and covered patio is located on the twenty-ninth floor with unobstructed views of Uptown and Downtown Dallas. And yes, the company plans to make the new building its offices.
