Alamo Drafthouse to Anchor LaCenterra’s Final Phase

Alamo Drafthouse Cinema has been named the anchor tenant for the final phase of the massive mixed-use LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch in Katy, TX. Construction will launch on the dine-in theater in March 2017, with completion and opening scheduled for spring 2018.

The 37,000-square-foot theater will have eight auditoriums with extra-wide seats and front rows allowing for better viewing. The facility will also have a bar, lounge and outdoor patio seating. The cinema will be joined by an additional 7,500 square feet of retail space and a six-story parking garage.

LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch is a 34-acre development at 23501 Cinco Ranch Blvd. The developers are Amstar and Vista Equities Group.
