Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners has announced five new tenants at Nashville Warehouse Co

AJ Capital Adds Five New Office Tenants to Nashville Warehouse Co.

Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners has announced five new tenants at Nashville Warehouse Co. The city’s first large-scale mass timber project is on the corner of 4th Avenue South and Chestnut Street within the arts district of Wedgewood Houston.

The mixed-used campus is now 91-percent leased. Nashville Warehouse Co. was completed in August 2021. Prominent architectural details include a gable roofed office building emblematic of traditional rail sheds. Exposed timber beams offer distinctive charm. The mixed use development features 200,000 square feet of Class A office space, public pedestrian spaces, and an acre of green space.

The new tenants include HERO, CAMP 615, The Malin, Hensel Phelps, Trend Management, and Maynard Nexsen. Once complete, the entire mixed-use project will include more than 30 retail storefronts, 35,000 square feet of restaurants and bars, 148,000 square feet of new class-A office, and more than 400 residential apartments.
