AIS Development Invests $15M on Fully Leased Industrial Facility in Enfield

Framingham, MA-based AIS Development Inc., has purchased the Enfield Distribution Center located at 35 Manning Road in Enfield, CT for $15 million.

Nicholas Morizio of Colliers represented both the buyer and the seller, Enfield Distribution Center, LLC.

The fully leased, 235,000-square-foot facility sits on a 19-acre site with access to I-91 and Bradley International Airport.
