Air & Space Forces Association Sells HQ for $16M 

Taicoon 1501 Langston has acquired Air & Space Forces Association’s (AFA) national headquarters building in Arlington, VA., for $16.25 million. 

Located at 1501 Langston Blvd, the property was owned by AFA since 1984. AFA signed a short-term leaseback arrangement before relocating.  

The 85,422-square-foot office building, situated on 1.3 acres, is part of the Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor. AFA occupies a portion of the space, while the remaining area is leased to 10 other tenants. The property was 79% leased at the time of the sale. 

Cresa’s Mindy Saffer and Natalie Gosnell, Stream Realty Partners’ Matt Pacinelli and Charlie Smiroldo facilitated the sale.
