Air General Inks 101K-SF Lease at Beltway North Commerce

Air General has taken down 101,460 square feet of industrial space at Beltway North Commerce Center, 971 N. Sam Houston Pkwy. E. in north Houston. The cargo handling company signed the deal with landlord Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (TIAA).

John Ferruzzo and Nick Peterson with NAI Partners’ Houston office represented the tenant. Blake Warren and Justin Robinson with Stream Realty represented TIAA. The 352,680-square-foot building, situated on 35 acres, delivered in 2014. TIAA acquired the property from developers Amstar and Davis Commercial Development in 2015.

Air General is a national air and ocean cargo handling company, and also provides passenger and traveler services through the world’s major international and domestic air carriers.
