Aimbridge Tapped to Manage Seaport District Westin

Aimbridge Hospitality was selected to manage the Westin Boston Waterfront, a 793-key hotel connected to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. The Seaport District property is owned by DiamondRock Hospitality and operated under a franchise agreement with Westin Hotels.

“With their proven track record of success, Aimbridge was the right choice to focus on maximizing profits,” said Mark Briugger, DiamondRock’s president and CEO. “We look forward to our continued partnership with Aimbridge and providing a great hotel guest experience.”

The hotel is expecting 2020 to be a record year in group room nights sold. More than 130,000 group room nights are already under contract for the year, a 27% increase over the group pace at the same time last year, accord to Aimbridge.
