Aida Abba Realty Buys Brooklyn MF Building for $3M 

Aida Abba Realty has acquired a multifamily building in Midwood, Brooklyn, from Santa Rosa Realty for $3.25 million.  

Located at 1113 Avenue O, the four-story building spans approximately 18,224 square feet and features a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. The buyer intends to hold the 23-unit property long-term and invest in capital improvements. 

GFI Realty’s Matthew Sparks represented the seller, while Moshe Goldberger represented the buyer.
