AIA Closes on South Side Portfolio Deals
Apartment Investment Advisers (AIA) recently closed two separate South Side apartment building portfolios. One was a three-building, 71-unit apartment portfolio in the South Shore neighborhood consisting of 6938 S. Clyde, 7822 S. South Shore Dr., and 6751 S. Chappel (pictured).
The portfolio sold for $4,900,000, with Jack Cassin of AIA brokering the sale.
AIA also closed a three-building, 66-unit portfolio in Washington Heights and Auburn Gresham. It included a mixed-use building at 9101 S. Ashland in Washington Heights, an 18-unit apartment building at 7546 S. Peoria in Auburn Gresham, and a 12-unit Auburn Gresham building at 8743 S. Beverly. It sold for $2,707,000, with Cassin and Mike Lindblad of AIA brokering the sale.
AIA is currently marketing The Jeffery Towers Portfolio, a four-building, 208-unit apartment portfolio in South Shore. The asking price is $16,200,000.
