AIA Closes Its Third Lakeview Deal This Year

Apartment Investment Advisers (AIA) recently closed the sale of an apartment building in the Wrigleyville area of the North Side’s Lakeview neighborhood. The 17-unit building at 3500 N. Wilton closed for $3,481,250.

The property is two blocks from Wrigley field, one block from the CTA Red Line Train stop at Addison, and half a mile from Lincoln Park and the lakefront. Bill Cassin of AIA was the sole broker involved in the sale.

This marks the third apartment building sale within Lakeview for AIA in 2019. Cassin sold a six-unit building at 3945 N. Greenview and a 13-unit building at 1301 W. Cornelia earlier in the year.

Connect Chicago Fall 2019 will take place Oct. 29 in Chicago. For more information, or to register, click here.
