AIA Arranges Pair of Lakeview Apartment Deals

Apartment Investment Advisers (AIA) recently closed the sale of two apartment buildings in the Lakeview neighborhood on Chicago’s North Side. 

The property located at 1456 W. Addison included a 10-unit apartment building which sold for $2,075,000 or $207,500 per unit. Bill Cassin of AIA was the sole broker involved.

The second property, located at 2940 N. Racine, included a seven-unit apartment building which sold for $1,325,000 or $189,286 per unit. Bill Cassin and Jack Cassin of AIA were the brokers involved in the transaction.

AIA recently brought another 14-unit building to market in the Lakeview neighborhood, located at 3920 N. Broadway. The asking price is $2,450,000, or $175,000 per unit.
