AI Startup Altana Inks Lease with Rubenstein Partners in Williamsburg
Rubenstein Partners’ 25 Kent, a mixed-use office and light manufacturing building in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood, signed a 20,874-square-foot, 10-year lease with Altana, an artificial intelligence startup focused on the global supply chain. The relocation and expansion from 134 N. 4th St. in Williamsburg follows the company’s recent $100-million Series B investment. The space at 25 Kent Ave. will serve as the company’s New York headquarters.
“As the primary cultivator of New York’s innovation economy, Williamsburg provides a vibrant and creative community for up-and-coming technology companies looking to plant their corporate flag surrounded by various likeminded and forward-looking businesses,” said Rubenstein Partners’ Joe Zuber. “We are thrilled to welcome Altana to 25 Kent as we continue growing a robust community of innovators and creative trailblazers at the building.”
Rubenstein Partners was represented by JLL’s Whitten Morris and Peter Riguardi. Sam Seiler and Joe Sipala of JLL represented Altana.
