AI Sales Company Clay Brings 11 Madison Ave. to 100% Leased

SL Green Realty Corp. has secured a new 10-year, 163,095 square foot lease at 11 Madison Ave. with Clay, an AI Sales growth-stage company. Clay will occupy the entire 14th and 16th floors and part of the 15th floor. With the addition of the Clay team, the building has achieved 100% leased occupancy.

“We are excited to welcome Clay to 11 Madison Ave.,” said Steven Durels, EVP and director of leasing and real property at SL Green. “Demand for large blocks of space in high-quality buildings remains robust.”

Added Kareem Amin, Clay’s CEO & co-founder, “New York has been Clay’s home since we first started, and 11 Madison is where we’re going to build the next chapter. The team is growing fast, we’ve crossed 100M in ARR, and we needed a home that matches that ambition. I can’t wait to see what we create here.”

Clay was represented in negotiations by Aaron Ellison, Derek Feinman and Adam Spector of Newmark. The landlord was represented by Brian Waterman, Brent Ozarowski and Eric Harris of Newmark.
