AI Platform Sierra Signs First NYC Office Lease in SoHo

Manova Partners has signed Sierra, a conversational AI customer experience platform, to a full-floor lease for 14,563 square feet at 375 West Broadway. The lease, which represents the first New York office for San Francisco-based Sierra, maintains full occupancy at the five-story jewel box building in SoHo.

“375 West Broadway is a tremendous asset in one of New York’s most innovative and sought-after neighborhoods,” said William Tees, VP of asset management, Manova Partners. “We are delighted to welcome Sierra and maintain full occupancy in such a competitive commercial leasing environment.”

Brett Harvey of Newmark represented Manova Partners. Jeff Fischer and Connor Krup of CBRE represented Sierra.

Manova is currently overseeing capital upgrades to the 1863-vintage building, including renovation of the front and rear lobby. Manova acquired 375 West Broadway through a predecessor company on behalf of an investor in February 2022, and the current renovations are the first since 2014.
