AI Firm Moves Uptown to 11 Times Square

Digital Reasoning, a cognitive computing services provider, has signed a lease for 5,819 square feet on the 31st floor of SJP Properties’ 11 Times Square.

Headquartered in Tennessee, Digital Reasoning provides AI solutions to intelligence agencies, financial institutions and healthcare organizations across the U.S. The company is relocating its New York City office from 853 Broadway to 11 Times Square, and is expected to move into its new space by mid-November.

“We pride ourselves on the ability of 11 Times Square to deliver best-in-class infrastructure for today’s groundbreaking technology companies,” said Zach Freeman, SVP at SJP Properties. “We can’t think of a better location for Digital Reasoning than in the heart of one of the world’s most distinguished submarkets.”

NKF’s Kyle Wainwright and Paul Ippolito brokered the deal for Digital Reasoning. JLL and Freeman represented SJP Properties.
