AHV Communities has entered the Seattle metropolitan market with a new rental community, Duvall Village. The newest addition to the AHV master-planned communities’ brand is a townhome community currently under construction in the northeastern Seattle suburb of Duvall. Leasing is anticipated to commence in June.

Designed by locally based Milbrandt Architects, Duvall Village includes a collection of 99 three-story townhomes designed in the cottage and farmhouse styles. The community features two- to four-bedroom floor plan options with 2.5 to 3.5 baths, two-car garages and private fenced rear yards.
