AHV Launches Construction on Home Rental Sites

AHV Communities broke ground on two single-family home rental communities in Central Texas. Legacy, in Pflugerville, TX, will offer 83 detached residences. Meanwhile, in Georgetown, TX, Rivers Edge will offer 92 detached homes.

“Increasingly, people are renting by choice, particularly among higher-income households,” said Mark S. Wolf, co-CEO of AHV Communities. “We are meeting the demand in greater Austin by providing the right product in the right locations.”

Legacy’s one and two-story homes offer four plans ranging from 1,440 to 1,882 square feet, and feature three to four bedrooms. The one- and two-story homes at Rivers Edge will also offer three and four bedrooms, with similar measurements to those in Legacy. All residences have two-car garages, and front and back-fenced yards.
