Global gaming equipment supplier AGS inked a deal to expand its Oklahoma City footprint by an additional 52,727 square feet. The tenant currently occupies just over 91,000 square feet at 5500 W. Reno Ave. The new expansion boosts AGS’ manufacturing and distribution space to more than 144,000 square feet.

Caitlin Mazaheri, CCIM, Jason Hammock, CCIM, SIOR and John Lenochan, CCIM, SIOR with CBRE represented AGS. CBRE was also on hand to represent the landlord, 5500 Reno LLC.

“AGS has been in this location for some time, and has seen a large amount of company growth over the last few years,” Lenochan said, adding that the new lease marks the second space expansion for the company. “Not only did the company need more space to accommodate a growth in operations, but due to employee growth, they were also in need of significant additional parking. Luckily, 5500 W. Reno had the additional space available.”
