Agora Wraps Up N. Las Vegas Medical Office Building
Agora Realty and Management (Agora) has completed work on a 42,000-square-foot medical office building located at the heart of the now underway NLV Gateway downtown redevelopment. It’s the first new office building of that size in downtown N. Las Vegas since 1973.
The 29-acre mixed-use master-planned commercial district in North Las Vegas’ central core is located east of the I-15 freeway along Lake Mead Boulevard and north along Las Vegas Boulevard.
All told, Agora has invested more than $200 million to support development of NLV Gateway that will add 200,000 square feet of retail and restaurants and 125,000 square feet of office and medical office space along with significant public spaces.
Construction on the balance of NLV Gateway is scheduled to be completed by 2026.
The firm is also leading the development of Hylo Park, a 73-acre mixed-use project located at the southwest and northwest corners of Rancho Road and Lake Mead Boulevard.
