Agora Realty and Management Names New CFO

Agora Realty and Management, a leading West Coast full-service real estate development firm based in Calabasas, has appointed Scott Golditch as CFO. He succeeds Andy Cole, who has held the role for more than 20 years and will retire at the end of this year.

Prior to joining Agora, Golditch spent four years as CFO at Adept Urban, where he managed an accounting and finance team responsible for all financial aspects of a vertically integrated multifamily developer. Before that role, Golditch ran a finance team at a digital advertising technology company, which was acquired by 21st Century Fox..

“We are thrilled to have Scott join our team as we continue to grow our portfolio of work,” said Cary Lefton, CEO, Agora. “He brings a great depth of experience and will be a critical asset as Agora looks to increase its development pipeline on the West Coast.”
