Agawam Industrial Asset Sells for $13M to California Buyer

Colliers has brokered the $12.5-million sale of a 129,000-square-foot industrial property in Agawam, MA.

Nicholas Morizio of Colliers represented buyer Cardinal Industrial San Diego, Inc., in the transaction, which marks the company’s first acquisition in MA. Quincy, MA-based The Grossman Companies disposed of the asset.

The building on Bowles Road is fully leased to TW Metals and OMG, Inc.
