A’gaci Leases East Side Space
San Antonio-headquartered A’gaci LLC expanded its operations, taking down 102,485 square feet of industrial space at 4958 Stout Dr. The clothing distributor will use the San Antonio’s east side space for local offices and main distribution center.
Andrew Price, with CBRE and Omar Nasser, with Peloton Commercial Real Estate, represented the landlord, Ledo Capital Group/St. Clair Commercial. Mark Russell, with Newmark Knight Frank, represented the tenant.
A’gaci, which had filed for bankruptcy protection in early 2018, was recently permitted to keep the majority of its stores open. According to Price, the landlord “worked with the tenant to overcome unique obstacles, reaching a deal that satisfied the objectives of both parties.”
